We’re thrilled to share our latest collaboration with the Paramount Sonic the Hedgehog 4 team — a high-impact title reveal that reunites us with a franchise we love. After our Clio Award–winning graphic teaser for Sonic the Hedgehog 3, returning to the Sonic universe felt like a natural next chapter for the team.

For this piece, we leaned into a mix of advanced CG techniques to create a cinematic moment worthy of the franchise’s scale and energy. The environment was built using Houdini and other procedural tools. This allowed us to craft dynamic cloudscapes that feel alive and reactive. At the center of the reveal, a powerful hammer strike cuts through the fluid clouds — a moment driven by detailed simulation work that blends atmosphere, impact, and motion into a single explosive beat. Character vignettes are presented inside of refractive gems, teasing the story and worlds to come.
The result is a bold, elemental title reveal that channels the mythic energy of Sonic’s world while showcasing the craft and technical artistry our team loves to explore.
